Challenge Details


This Challenge is designed to get your fitness level kick started. For the duration of the 21 days you will have unlimited access to CrossFit Classes and Open Gym time. You will have access to nutritional assistance and an eating plan for the entire 3 weeks. There will also be a 1 hour session of CrossFit basics and a 1 hour session of lifting techniques.

Your 21 days will start the day that you sign up

Eating Healthy

Eat Healthy - 4 Possible Points 4 Points - Perfect day, no cheats 3 Points - One Minor Slip 2 Points - Significant Slip 1 Points - Major Slip 0 Points - More than one cheat! Sleep Well! - 1 Possible Point Get > 8 hours of sleep Hydrate - 1 Possible Point Drink > 64oz Water

Get Your WOD On!

Get into the gym for a class. 1 Possible Point

Weekly Goals

At least 3 Classes/Week

Get your butt to the gym at least 3 times per week for the 3 weeks
