Hybrid Member

  • Our Hybrid Membership provides you with the benefits of Personal Training and group classes without having to break the bank. You will gain access to 2 of our classes each week and (1) 1-on-1 training session each week.

Competitor's Program

  • This is an upgrade from the unlimited membership for any athlete that is interested in competing in the Sport of Fitness or is looking for some extra work outside of the regular class work.

    This gives you access to unlimited CrossFit, Weightlifting, and Open Gym Classes each month. You also gain access to the Saturday Competitor's class as well as the weekly competitor's programming.

    *Memberships are auto debited on the 1st of every month
    *All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to blakes@crossfitironcity.com with 30 days notice with the subject of Membership Cancellation.

CF Teens


CF Kids

  • This program is designed for kids ages 7/8-11.  The intent of this program is to teach them proper movement technique for the bodyweight and weightlifting movements (With little to no weight).  We also incorporate a lot of games that teach the kids that exercise can be fun.

Unlimited

  • Unlimited Membership gives you access to unlimited CrossFit, Weightlifting and Open Gym classes each month.

21 Day Challenge

  • This membership gives you unlimited access to CrossFit classes and Open Gym times. With this membership you will also get a 1 Hour beginners session and a 1 Hour Lifting technique session. We will also provide you with a 21 day nutrition and recipe guide as well. Entire package valued at $250!

12 Classes/Month

  • This membership allows you to attend 12 CrossFit, Weightlifting, or Open Gym classes each month.
